Based on our situation I attempted to navigate selling our property on my own figuring it was best suited to a developer and as such I should just go to developers or their realtors to get the best value for our property. That turned out to be a time waster. I had an in person meeting where Steven accurately responded to all my questions and potential situations I thought may occur. Our goals based on our situation was fastest sale first, highest offer, lowest conditions on offers. We had 3 offers within 48hours and the accepted offer was considerably higher than max offers of the other 2 along with removal of all conditions by the buyer. This made for a stress free closing. Steven kept us updated along the way with closing updates and communicated directly with our Legal team.
