That turned out to be a time waster. I had an in person meeting where Steven accurately responded to all my questions and potential situations I thought may occur. Our goals based on our situation was fastest sale first, highest offer, lowest conditions on offers. We had 3 offers within 48hours and the accepted offer was considerably higher than max offers of the other 2 along with removal of all conditions by the buyer. This made for a stress free closing. Steven kept us updated along the way with closing updates and communicated directly with our Legal team. I would not hesitate to use Steven's services in the future and I would feel completely comfortable to advise anyone to have a talk with him in regards to selling your property.
