My husband and I were looking for something special in a new home. Steve took the time to educate us in the houses we chose to view, and in the general market. Steve also encouraged us at those times when we felt maybe the house we were seeking didn't exist! We took almost a year to find our new home and, as it goes, when we walked into it, we knew - and that was down to the time Steve spent educating us and helping us through this process. I highly recommend Steven and here is why. He is the utmost professional, knowledgeable, humble and generous in going above and beyond what I thought a realtor would provide. There is no question too small for him to answer and he answered every question very promptly. During an awful economic time in Calgary over the last many years, he has kept me informed about the market and gave me realistic expectations for selling my little condo. Even through an over supply of apartment condos, and COVID times, the first showing was the only one needed and mine sold in 1 day. I see why Steven's business is referral based. Based on our situation I attempted to navigate selling our property on my own figuring it was best suited to a developer and as such I should just go to developers or their realtors to get the best value for our property. That turned out to be a time waster. I had an in person meeting where Steven accurately responded to all my questions and potential situations I thought may occur. Our goals based on our situation was fastest sale first, highest offer, lowest conditions on offers. We had 3 offers within 48hours and the accepted offer was considerably higher than max offers of the other 2 along with removal of all conditions by the buyer. This made for a stress free closing. Steven kept us updated along the way with closing updates and communicated directly with our Legal team. I would not hesitate to use Steven's services in the future and I would feel completely comfortable to advise anyone to have a talk with him in regards to selling your property.
